The flower sneak thief has been at work again. On Monday night a garden in front of a residence in Kelvin street was raided and a plant of prize pansies stolen. The blooms, most of which measured nearly three inches across, had reached the stage of perfection in design and colouring and were being “nursed” for show purposes. A few flowers scattered about the garden were all that was left of a beautiful display of blooms. The whole plant was uprooted.
