TWO DESTROYERS LAUNCHED
(British Official Wireless) (Received September 4, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, September 3. Vickers Armstrong today launched from their naval yard at Walker-on-Tyne two destroyers, the Eskimo, and the Mashona. They are of the large tribal class of 1850 tons displacement with turbine engines to develop 44,000 horsepower.
