CADDIES ALSO FATALLY STRUCK (Received September 5, 7.5 p.m.) PITTSBURGH, September 4. Two golfers and two caddies were killed and another golfer and two caddies were injured by lightning while they were sheltering under a tree in a storm. One of those killed was Lewis Hick, jun., vice-president of a steel firm at Alleghany.
