WATER SPEED RECORD INCREASED

SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL DOES 130 MILES AN HOUR (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, September 2. Sir Malcolm Campbell took out the Blue Bird again this morning on Lake Maggiore after having effected certain modifications to the steering gear and the water cooling system. His corrected speed yesterday which established a world record was 126.32 miles an hour. This morning this was improved upon and an unofficial speed of 208 kilometres or 130 miles an hour was achieved.
