Lyons), in the House of Representatives announced that the New Zealand, British, Canadian and Australian governments were considering the terms of _ the agreement for assistance to British shipping in the Pacific. Mr Lyons said that all the outstanding features of the four-party agreement, which provided for the construction of two new liners, had been accepted by the Commonwealth.
