MR A. B. CARTER APPOINTED EDITOR (Special to The Times) DUNEDIN, August 25. Mr Alan B. Carter has been appointed editor of The New Zealand Tablet in succession to Mr L. J. Cronin. Mr Carter has travelled extensively in Great Britain, Ireland and Europe and has spent a considerable time in tire Vatican and other other famous libraries. He is a well-known contributor to many Roman Catholic publications. He will take up his duties on September L
