TWO BOYS MISSING
THOUGHT TO BE CAMPING Two Invercargill boys who left their homes on Saturday afternoon had not returned by last night and the police have begun making inquiries. They are Bain Challis, aged 14, son of Mr Bain Challis, of Alice street, and Stewart Cameron, aged 12, son of Mr James Cameron, of Herbert street. They were last seen at 2.30 p.m. on Saturday. Each had a bicycle, and it is thought that they might have gone camping, as they were fond of shooting and ferreting. Challis is sft lOin in height, has a fair complexion, dark hair and dark brown eyes and is of slight build. He was dressed in a dark grey suit and was wearing short pants, but had no hat. It is believed that he had with him a light brown check overcoat.
