TWO BURGLARIES
HOTEL AND SUMMER RESIDENCE ENTERED (United Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 24. When the licensee of the Market Hotel in Grey Avenue (Mr H. Parry) came downstairs this morning he discovered that the sum of £l5 had been stolen from the premises during the night. The summer residence of Mr James Pascoe, a well-known city business man, situated on the hills above Titirangi, was entered by burglars last night and a quantity of cutlery, napery and toilet requisites stolen. The police are investigating.
