The Magistrate has made an order for substituted Service of the said summons. The case has been set down for Thursday, the 12th August, 1937, at 10.30 a.m., and unless the said rates together with the costs of and incidental to the said summons are paid theretofore, or unless good cause be shown to the contrary, judgment will be entered for the same.
