SHRAPNEL DISCARDED
HIGH EXPLOSIVES AND SMOKE SHELLS SUBSTITUTED LONDON, April 19. The Morning Post says that it has been decided to discard shrapnel to meet the changed military conditions. High explosive and smoke shells will be substituted.
