GENERAL NOTES The Union Steam Ship Company’s steamer Waipiata reached Bluff from Dunedin yesterday. She is discharging and loading general cargo and sails on completion today for Dunedin. Vessels expected today are the Omana from Bruce Bay. about 8.30 am. and the Hertford this evening from Port Chalmers. Both are due to sail on Monday, the former for Melbourne and the Hertford for Lyttelton. The Scout sailed at 6.40 a.m, yesterday for Stewart Island.
