THURSDAY (Before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M.) Judgment with costs was given plaintiffs by default in the following undefended civil claims: William Kelman v. Robert Pettit (Otautau) for £8 14/3, costs £3 6/-; National Mortgage and Agency Company, Ltd. v. Ivan Botting (Edendale) for £7 18/6, costs £3. On a judgment summons Ernest Hogue (Invercargill) was ordered to pay Robert Rice £4 10/9, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment.
