PARTY LEADER ALLEGES BLACKMAIL TORONTO, March 5. Alleging an attempt to blackmail the Algoma Steel Company on the Ore Bounty Bill, the Premier of Ontario (Mr M. F. Hepburn) in the Legislature read out of the Liberal Party Dr C. S. Roberts, of Algoma, declaring that he was not fit to be a member.
