HOSTILITY TO HABSBURGS RESENTED (Received March 5, 1.20 a.m.) VIENNA, March 4. It is reported that the Chancellor of Austria (Dr Kurt Schuschnigg) has cancelled an intended visit to Rome because of recent articles in the Italian Press expressing hostility to the restoration of the Habsburg dynasty to the Austro-Hungarian throne.
