EMPLOYMENT FOUND FOR WORKLESS lipGE NUMBER OF JOBS Since the placement scheme was begun in New Zealand a total of 28,164 jobs—temporary, casual or permanent —has been found for workless men. For the week ended on February 27 1160 men were placed. Following are the totals to date for the various centres in New Zealand:—
