Empire Chambers of Commerce Delegates.— Visitors to Southland at the week-end were a party of overseas delegates to the Congress of Empire Chambers of Commerce, held last week in Wellington. This photograph was taken just before the party left for Te Anau on the first stage of a brief tour embracing the lakes and the Eglinton Valley. The leader of the party is Mr J. A. Aiton, of Derby, England. Mr J. H. Reed, president of the Invercargill Chamber of Commerce, is in the centre of the group.
