A waterfall recently discovered in the hinterland of British Guiana, in the Senang region by the Potaro River, has been named, with the approval of his Majesty, “King Edward VIII.” The fall is one of 840 ft, with a width of 50ft; but the drop is not vertical. Two other falls in British Guiana are, with the consent of the King, to be officially known as “King George V.” and “King Edward VII.”
