BUILDING FIGURES

CONSIDERABLE INCREASE IN WELLINGTON. (United Press Association.) Wellington, September 19. An increase of £120,528 is shown in the building figures for Wellington since the beginning of 1936. Private contracts which do not include such Government buildings as the new railway station or the life insurance block, amount to well over £500,000 and the increase which has been continuous indicates a tendency towards another boom.
