NEW PROCESS INVENTED BY ASHBURTON ENGINEER. (United Press Association.) Ashburton, September 16. The Minister of Finance (the Hon. D. G. Sullivan) is investigating the possibility of establishing factories for the manufacture of sacks under a cheap, quick process invented by an Ashburton engineer.
