IRAQ PIPE-LINE DAMAGED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Jerusalem, September 10. Following an ambush of troops and police at Acre, a seven-hour skirmish in which troops and aircraft co-oper-ated resulted in the killing of 27 Arabs. The British casualties were three dead. Prompt detection in every instance has prevented the interruption of the flow of oil.
