MAGISTRATE’S COURT

WEDNESDAY. ' (Before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M.) Walter James Sinclair, of Wyndham (Mr Eustace Russell), was charged that while driving a motor car along the Racecourse road he did fail to give way to a motor cycle proceeding along the main North road. Senior-Sergeant Kelly, who prosecuted, said that the incident had occurred about 4 o’clock on April 16, the result of the accused’s failure to give way being a slight injury to the motor cyclist. Accused, who pleaded guilty, was fined £1 and 10/- costs.
