THREE MEN KILLED
CRANE CRASHES OVER PIER. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Hobart, August 5. Three men were killed and two seriously injured when a huge electric crane on the ocean wharf at Burnie ran off the rails during a heavy squall and crashed to the pier 30 feet below. The bodies of two of the victims are still buried under tons of steel.
