PROFITEERING IN TICKETS.

To the Editor. Sir,—Mr D. G. Sullivan has stated that if there is profiteering or exploitation, he will not hesitate to bring the people before the tribunal. In the Otago and Southland papers there are several advertisements appearing from those who bought grandstand tickets at 3/5 each, offering same for 30/- each and higher. If this is not profiteering, what is? As Dunedin and Invercargill are represented by Labour members, will the Labour Government step in and take action at once?—Yours, €tc. WILL PAY 3/5. Invercargill, July 29, 1936.
