TRIBAL GOVERNMENT IN ABYSSINIA
CONTROL OF 100,000 SQUARE MILES. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Khartoum, July 29. Returning from Gore, the headquarters of resistance in western Abyssinia, a former member of the Red Cross, Captain Brophil, reports the formation of a stable Government, representing the Galla and Amhara tribes, and controlling 100,000 square miles. Captain Brophil made five flights in a vain search for the missing Swedish ambulance, comprising 15 men. He will remain in Khartoum pending instructions from Prince Charles of Sweden. __________
