DIPLOMATIC ACTION TAKEN. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, .July 20. The Foreign Secretary (Mr R. A. Eden) gave the House of Commons an answer to-day on criticism of the conduct of a recent investigation into charges against two British soldiers at Peiping, made by officials of the Japanese Embassy in Peiping and reproduced in a Peiping newspaper. Mr Eden said that his Majesty’s Ambassador at Tokyo (Sir Robert Cliye) had been instructed to bring the matter to the notice of the Japanese Government
