SCHEME ALMOST SURE OF ADOPTION.

A scheme for an Empire airport has been approved by a committee of the Portsmouth Town Council, and is practically certain of adoption. It provides for a combined land and marine base for the Empire transatlantic air routes. Admiral of the Fleet Sir Roger Keyes recently predicted that Portsmouth would become the air hub of the world.
