KING APPROVES APPOINTMENTS.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, May 20. His Majesty the King has approved the appointment of Sir Andrew Ryan, Minister at Jedda (Saudi Arabia), to be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Albania, succeeding Sir Robert Hodgson, who will shortly be retiring, and the appointment of Mr R. W. Bullard, Consul-General at Rabat, to be Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Jedda.
