MODERN BUILDINGS TO BE ERECTED IN HAMILTON. (United Press Association.) Hamilton, April 2. An important land deal involving the erection of modern new showrooms has been completed with the purchase by Hardleys, Ltd., of Auckland, of part of a large vacant section a short distance south of the Public Trust Buildings on the eastern side of Victoria street, Hamilton. It is understood that the purchasers propose to erect a large twostorey building. The section was formerly part of the Graham Estate. Hardleys, Limited, have acquired an area with a frontage of 50 feet to Victoria street, and a depth of 100 feet. The sale of this property will mean an important addition to the business premises of Hamilton North.
