DUNEDIN SEA LION

MINISTER TO RECEIVE REPRESENTATIONS. (United Press Association.) Dunedin, April 2. An unusual distinction has befallen the sea lion at Dunedin, who has capped his adventures in seaside suburbs by making his way into the official correspondence of the Minister of Marine (the Hon. P. Fraser). A reprieve, has been granted by telegram under the Minister’s own hand, and the curious visitor’s importance has been heightened by the Ministerial intention to receive representations about his future from the Dunedin Members of Parliament.
