It was suggested at the meeting of the Otago Provincial Council of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union at Dunedin yesterday that the excursion of Otago farmers to Stewart Island take place during the week commencing March 23. The suggestion met with general approval, and it was left to the secretary to arrange a party.
