HIGH PRICE FOR SITE
AUCKLAND DEPARTMENTAL STORE. (Per United Press Association.) Auckland, December 26. A price understood to be £35,600 was paid by J. R. McKenzie, Ltd., for a site between George Court’s and Rendell’s, Karangahape road, with 35 feet of frontage, for the erection of a modem departmental store.
