MOTORISTS MAROONED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 10.40 p.m.) Melbourne, Dec. 26. The south-eastern portion of Victoria experienced wretched holiday weather. Some portions of Gippsland received nearly ten inches of rain during the past two days.
