VICTORIA HOME
CHRISTMAS CHEER APPEAL. To the Editor. Sir,—Each year as Christmas draws near, an appeal to the public of Southland to provide extra comforts for the inmates of the Victoria Home has been generously responded to, and it is with confidence that the committee would again ask the sympathy of those interested in the work of the home. Gifts in cash or kind may be forwarded to the home, Tweed street, and will be gratefully acknowledged.—l am, CtC ” B. CURSON, Hon. Sec.
