The biennial conference of the New Zealand Post and Telegraph Employees’ Association, which was continued to-day, elected the following officers: President, Mr H. W. Parnell (Auckland, re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs T. Falconer (Hastings) and G. A. Wilkes (Oamaru); Dominion Executive, Messrs M. W. Cummins (Wellington), J. McLay (Wanganui), H. J. A. Palmers (Dunedin), A. Robertson (Christchurch), D. Sloan (Christchurch), E. Ward (Hamilton).
