BILATERAL CONVERSATIONS.

ITALIANS VISIT LONDON.

(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, November 6. In pursuance of the policy of conducting bilateral conversations which have been held between the representatives of the other great naval Powers as a preliminary to the coming naval conference, Rear-Admiral Raineri Biscia and Commander- Margottini, of the Royal Italian Navy, arrived in London last night on behalf of the Italian Government. They exchange views on technical matters connected with the conference with representatives of the British Foreign Office and Admiralty. It is expected that the London conference will open on December 5.
