WAR AGAINST RABBITS
UTILIZATION OF UNEMPLOYED. SCHEME TO BE REOPENED. (Per United Press Association.) ' MastertoVi, November 5. The reopening of a scheme for the utilization of unemployed labour in combating the rabbit pest was referred by the Unemployment Board to the Masterton County Council to-day. The board had decided to reopen the scheme generally to March 31, 1936, where eradiction was carried out by fumigation and poisoning.
