SECRETARY-GENERAL’S REPORT DISCUSSED. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, September 11. After Mr S. M. Bruce had reminded his colleagues at the League Assembly of the danger of increasing the difficulties of the Council by a discussion of the Abyssinian dispute in the Assembly. he brought the debate back to the subject matter of the SecretaryGeneral’s report, which deals with the work of the League in the past year. The delegates of Hungary and Norway also spoke before the Assembly adjourned till to-morrow morning.
