LOAN REFUSED
REQUEST BY ALBERTA. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Ottawa, September 10. The Prime Minister, Mr R. B. Bennett, has refused the request of the Social Credit Premier, Mr W. Aberhart, for an 18,000,000 dollars loan and he told him to see the banks. If Alberta, as the situation threatens, should default the Dominion will reconsider the matter later. Mr Abcrhart claimed that the Social Credit Party would capture 35 seats in the Dominion election.
