NEW POSTMASTER-GENERAL. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.20 p.m.) Washington, Sept. 10. It is learned that Mr James A. Farley will resign the position of Post-master-General early in January. He will be succeeded by Mr Frank C. Walker, at present Director- of the National Emergency Council and one of Mr Roosevelt’s closest advisers.
