NUDIST COLONY
“GARDEN OF EDEN” WEDDING.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, August 13.
A “Garden of Eden” wedding was celebrated at He Du Levant, where there is a nudist colony, the ceremony being performed by the Mayor of Toulon. The bride was clothed in a flimsy dress of lace and the bridegroom wore a bathing costume. Hundreds of members of the colony, robed in tricolour ribbons, attended the ceremony, which was “gate-crashed” by many fishermen from the surrounding islands.
