ENGLAND DECLARE SOUTH AFRICANS’ GOOD START 98 FOR ONE WICKET (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 1.10 a.m.) London, June 17. The first Test match between England and South Africa was resumed this morning. The weather was fine and the wicket was rapidly drying, .England declared their first innings closed with seven wickets down for 334. At lunch South Africa had lost one wicket for 98.
