SHOCKING ACCIDENT.

(Per United Press Association.) Timaru, June 9.

A serious accident befel the works manager of the Timaru Steam Laundry, Norman Dickenson, to-day. While working alone he got his left arm caught in the machinery, the member being tom off below the elbow. BODY FOUND IN HARBOUR. (Per United Press Association.) Gisborne, June 6. Medical evidence that Robert James Fleming, whose body was found floating in the harbour yesterday, died from heart disease and had not been drowned was given at the inquest this morning. A medical witness stated that the death was due to coronary artery disease, and there was a very slight amount of water in the lungs. There were no marks of violence. A verdict was returned according to the medical evidence.
