NEW PREMISES

ANDREW LEES, LTD.

CUSTOMERS’ CONVENIENCE.

The convenience of their customers, always the main object of an up-to-date firm, has been the consideration that has guided Messrs Andrew Lees, Ltd., the wallpaper, glass and paint merchants, in the choice and designot their new premises in Tay street. The new premises have been built e3 sJ 3re^ s " ly for the firm, so they are all that could be desired by both its old and prospective customers. It has been recognized that to choose wallpapers, light is required, and so a sunshine flooded shop on the south side of Tay street has been erected. The whole shop is bathed in light from the broad windows, but to supplement this a large skylight has been installed in the roof. The fascination always connected with new shops is doubly present m the case of these attractive new premises. The shop is roomy and modern m all its equipment. Liberal floor space has been provided between the windows and the counter, the wallpapers being hung conveniently for inspection. Ranged round the walls are paints and other goods stocked by the firm. The use of light-coloured woods on the walls and all fittings has heightened the cheerful appearance of the shop and serves to set off admirably its contents and to put the purchaser in a pleasant frame of mind. Located immediately behind the shop is the office, which is also splendidly lighted, and then there is a capacious storeroom packed with stock, for the firm, along with its new premises, has acquired new and attractive values.
