ETHIOPIAN EMPEROR
ARBITRATION FAVOURED. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7 p.m.) Addis Ababa, Feb. 14. The Emperor, interviewed, said he was anxious to carry out as quickly as possible the agreement reached at Geneva, which he understood to mean that Ethiopia and Italy would recommence direct negotiations for the sole purpose of arranging prompt arbitration regarding responsibility for the clash at Walwal and the exact position of the frontier.
