PRICES INCREASED

COPRA AND COCOA. SAMOAN MERCHANTS. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) Apia, January 21. In line with the advance in the London price of copra and the increased exchange rate between Apia and London, merchants have raised the buying price of native copra one shilling per hundred pounds. The price to European planters is increased to £4<7/6 .for sun-dried and £4 17/6 for hot-air dried.

Cocoa prices have also advanced to £22 10/- a tori first grade and £l7 10/second grade. The outlook for 1935 is now-much brighter.
