GALLIPOLI RE-UNION

TO BE HELD IN EASTER WEEK. At a meeting of ex Main Body men, held in the R.S.A. Club Rooms on Saturday night, it was decided to hold a re-union of Gallipoli ex-servicemen at Invercargill .during Easter week, which this year falls shortly before Anzac Day. .The following committee was appointed: Messrs F. Kynaston, A. C. Mills, W. Ramage, W. Drake, S. G. Taylor, H. Braxton, W. S. Lindsay and R. F. Stead. Members of all branches of the service, who were on Gallipoli, or who were members of the Main Body or of any of . the reinforcements up to and including the Sixth, will be eligible to attend the re-union.

Ex-officers, “non-coms.” and men of . the - Southland Regiment resident in other parts are being communicated with, and it is expected that there will be a representative gathering of Gallipoli veterans from all over Southland and from further afield.
