EPIDEMIC OF MALARIA
OUTBREAK IN CEYLON. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 9.45 p.m.) Colombo, December 27. An epidemic of malaria now threatens the capital itself. The general hospital is overcrowded. The epidemic, although waning in some districts, is leaving a weakened, starved population.
