An Ottawa tram driver saw a pocket book in the street, picked it up and found in it ten thousand-dollar notes (about £2000). A crowd gathered to congratulate him when somebody declared it was only worthless “stage money.” A “millionaire” •in a local melodrama had dropped the notes.
