BRITISH MARKET. negotiations with dominions. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, December 7. The Sun-Herald service says: It is stated that all the dominions have agreed to the principle of short-term regulation of meat imports as involved in the recent discussions, but there is no progress regarding long-term regulation, which policy must be decided before the determination of the British home-grown subsidy in March.
