CASE FOR SECESSION
WEST AUSTRALIAN PETITION. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, December 4. Prior to presenting a petition to Parliament the Western Australian secessionists forwarded to the 1300 members of the House of Lords and the House of Commons a pamphlet embodying an abridgement of the “case for secession.” They also informed members of Parliament of the manner in which manufacturing centres throughout Britain would share with Western Australia the manifold benefits accruing upon the State’s withdrawal from the Federation.
